This two-storey property near the Ria Formosa is currently being reimagined into a modern and welcoming home for my clients. I’m overseeing the full construction process, working in close collaboration with a renowned interior architect from the Netherlands and a skilled local contractor.

The original layout included a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, with a garage and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level. The new design will fully transform the space: the ground floor will feature four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three en suite), and a new internal staircase will connect to the upper living area.

Upstairs, the ceiling will be opened up to create volume and light, enhancing the spacious new kitchen and living area. The balcony offers a breathtaking view over the Ria Formosa and the Atlantic Ocean — the perfect backdrop for this soon-to-be-finished dream home.

The project began with municipal submissions in August 2024, with completion expected in September 2025.
