Contemporary Apartment

Fuzeta

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Fuzeta was still in its final construction phase when I stepped in — just in time to make meaningful changes that enhanced the space both aesthetically and practically. One key decision was to continue the tile flooring throughout the entire apartment instead of using laminate in the bedrooms. This created a more cohesive and spacious feel.

The project is particularly rewarding because the owner has a very distinctive and inspiring personal taste, turning every design decision into an exciting creative journey. The living room is now complete, and we’re currently opening up the kitchen wall to create a brighter, more open layout that connects naturally to the rest of the space.

We’re also working on the rooftop terrace, where a large pergola will provide both shade and atmosphere. The vision includes a sleek outdoor bar and a custom-built day-to-night lounge bed — turning this space into a true extension of the home.

I’m working closely with a highly recommended Dutch contractor, and our collaboration has made this evolving project both smooth and enjoyable.
